Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS Unworn merchandise bought online can be returned via mail for a refund in the original method of payment.
Non-sale merchandise may be returned by mail, postmarked within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund.
Items purchased online may be returned at Stephanie’s for store credit only.
All sale merchandise is final sale.
Footwear returns must be sent in a proper shipping box with the original shoebox inside. Do not tape or attach label to shoebox.
EXCHANGES We are glad to exchange unworn items, depending on availability
Please ship the original order back to Lori's per the instructions on the return sheet.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges only. Lori's will pay to ship the new item (domestic customers only). International exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.
Please do not send cash or checks to pay for the difference of an exchange. We do not except personal checks online.

ORDER or CREDIT CARD ISSUES We can only hold product for 24 hours.
If there is a problem with your order we will email you for further information or verification. If you do not respond within 24 hours of that email, we can not hold that product for you.
Online Merchandise Availability From time to time an item in a particular size may not be available. If your item is not available, we will contact you to either select an alternative or refund your payment if the payment was processed.
Sales Tax Stephanie’s charges 7.75% sales tax on orders shipped to destinations within California.
